Im not sure if this is in the right place or not , but i would like help on a mod i thought of for when the game comes out. It would involve a new race, the Tordan, and new ships. I have a skill at designing ships, but otherwise dont have much expertise. I am looking for a modeler, skinner, scripter, sound designer.

A little back story:

The Tordan are a warrior sub-species of human. They have been discover for the first time, and a miscomunication has led to the Tordan waging war on the federation. Their ships are well armed and use diferent means of combat.

The tordan ships are more "steampunk" and are well armed. The're technology is matched with the federation, but their ships are better armed and armored. They also utilize fighter ships and ground troops and vehicles.

cool idea....how is going to be your ship design for them......old, almost decomissioned ships that use parts from other ships, kinda like Megatron and The Wreckers from Transformers?

Not old, but they are gonna look rusted and less elegant. They will have more weapons than star fleet ships. Their weapons also are more jutting ("Think EVE Online Turrets"

Why can't you create a new type of weapon...remember, Star Trek is science FICTION...thus the Tordans weapons being, say, direct impulse anti-matter gravitational sub-space direct ion protonic isotonic positronic (or DIAMGSSDIPI for short) based weapons of doom and mass destruction isn't out if the question...

If you want, I came up with a weapon theory for a fictional Trek race. The idea is that they never developed shields, phasers, and transporters. Instead, they rely on armor, torpedoes, missiles, and lasers. Throw in transporter scramblers and you're set.

The torpedoes and missiles are of course normal photon torpedoes, but also wacky brilliant missile swarms, and warp capable, etc.

Hey if u nee help im quite quick at picking up how to use programs and allready have a 3-D modelling program known as Blender and if its to help make a Star Trek game ill defenitely help out

Hey im quite good at art design including full colour design of a ship I made a 3D Rendered image of a Borg Tactical Cube all i would need is an idea of what you want your ships to look like
