Well yes there are a lot of mods for the NanoFX viewer already... however they probably won't translate to the Evolved Engine out of the box... as we will be using a different scripting system for the Hardpoints...but I could write a Conversion Util for the Hardpoints, that should convert some of the properties to the new system... this way it won't be a pain in the butt to redo the point lights and some of the other stuff.
Model-wise the mods are using Tex Spec 2... which we haven't changed... and we can still load .x model formats (I think, right John?)... although we will be using another format for advanced features, but people could convert the model format.
Anyways hopefully not a lot of MR_7's efforts and work is wasted when he wants to make his mods compatible for the Evolved Engine.
