The name U.S.S. Nebula, would be taken up by, the first Nebula-Class built, because of Naval Tradition, the name of the first ship commissioned, is the ship class.

On another note the Legion-Class is heavily under armed.

Not really underarmed. Look at the registry-number. It appears to be a design from the mid-TMP-era (Enterprise-B time already). Considering that most ships of that era still had the twin-emitter banks with 6 alone on the saucer (three upper, three lower), that leaves only three for the rest of the ship (two of them likely as a pairing, maybe on the pylons or something). And torpedo tubes, well, maybe the ship is so slim or otherwise stuffed with more important equipment that it only needs 2 tubes.

Let me clarify some things:

1. This ship is actually in TNG (you will see thiss when i upload sketches) and i put that number because i was unsure what the numbers ment
2. I see that i did underarm it and did so because i didnt want to overpower it and accidentaly did the opposit

The armaments are fine for a heavy cruiser.

For example if you have the burst fire and spread capability of a Galaxy's torp tubes then 2 tubes are plenty.
Same goes for the phasers; well positioned phasers of the right rating, 9 should be fine.
Unless stated otherwise, any views expressed are my own and should not be construed as fact with regard to the game..

U.S.S. Stanislav, Legion-Class Destroyer

It means to Rise to Glory...or something in Slavic.

Or, U.S.S. Alebran, Legion-Class Destroyer

Alebran, just sounds cool.

Stanislav is the given name of Stanislav Petrov. Definitely a good name to give a ship.

Other Russian names could be Admiral Gorshkov, Admiral Kuznetsov, Admiral Lazarev, Admiral Nakhimov, Admiral Nevsky, Admiral Senyavin, Admiral Suvorov, Admiral Ushakov, Alexey Leonov, Azov, Dmitry Pozharski, Dzerzhinsky, Frunze, Kalinin, Kara, Kerch, Kiev, Kirov, Korolev, Mikhail Kutuzov, Minsk, Moskva, Murmansk, Nikolayev, Novorossiysk, Ochakov, Oktyabrskaya Revolutsiya, Ordzhonikidze, Petropavlovsk, Potemkin, Sevastopol, Slava, Soyuz, Sverdlov, Tashkent, Ulyanovsk, Varyag, Vladivostok, Yuri Gagarin, Yury Andropov, Zhdanov

Unless the ship has saucer separation, you should only need a little upwards of three arrays. For the tail fan, with the right arrangement, you can get away with no phaser arrays there, or you could go with the Galaxy-class' four, or even two longer ones, top and bottom. That will make the maximum seven arrays.

You should probably have four torpedo tubes, even if you use Galaxy style tubes. It creates a redundancy against damage, and a pure combat ship should have such higher firepower available. That would give it a dual burst forward combined to ten torpedoes, and six in the rear.

Going by the name, it should be a combat ship, you're even calling it a destroyer. Based on that, the top warp speed is way too low, unless you're making a Defiant style hull. If it's going to have a knife bow, similar to the Prometheus or Voyager, or an elongated bow such as the Sovereign's, or even a Klingon bow, all of those would lead to higher maximum cruising speeds.

The crew complement seems right for a warship, but you might want to lower the maximum limit since the complement is pretty high over all.

Well she looks Kinda like an TOS-ish atm.

If I have the time ( and if Gimp decides to work.) I'll  see what I can do about the design, if that's alright with you.

More TNG. The hull is more of an oval and the hull is more smooth. Also there are 4 nacelles.

Why not USS Checkov (Anton Checkov)?
